As a long-time resident of the community, I am proud to offer my services as a local realtor.

With over fifteen years of experience in the industry, I have developed an intimate knowledge of the area and its properties. My clients benefit from this deep understanding of the market, allowing them to make decisions with confidence and accuracy.

I specialize in residential sales and rentals in the area, helping individuals find their dream home or ideal rental property. I understand that each client is unique and has different needs when it comes to finding a place to live – whether it is for investment purposes or personal use – so I strive to ensure every individual finds what they are looking for within their budget.

Being a “down east” local, I have a thorough understanding of the area’s topography, allowing me to assist clients in finding properties that fit their specific needs.

I am heavily involved in the local community, volunteering with several organizations to support and improve our area. I understand that real estate is more than just a business transaction; it's an investment in the community and its people.

    I'm active in the local hockey community. As a lifelong fan of the game, I coach youth teams and am on local boards and committees. I believe that playing hockey is more than just an enjoyable pastime; it provides an opportunity to build friendships, stay physically active, and develop strong team-building skills.

  • Fishing

    I have an intimate understanding of the local lobster fishing industry, having grown up with family members who were part of the business. I have grown up in this family business and still sometimes accompany them on their boats and participate in the catches. This experience not only gave me a thorough knowledge of the industry and its practices, but it also gave me a great appreciation for how important it is to this community.

  • Family

    Family is an integral part of any community, and this is especially true in the local area. Here, family ties are strong, and generations of families have lived and worked together in support of one another. My family, my wife Lisa and my two boys Ferris and Emery are extremely important to me. These close family ties allow for a network of people who can rely on each other in times of need, creating a sense of security and stability.

    This area is well known for its award-winning golf courses, with breathtaking views from each course, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a round of golf with friends. For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of urban life, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation and exploration in this region as well.
